The Customized Stretch uses a variety of techniques from Active to PNF to help increase flexibility, range of motion, and joint mobilization.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us before the close of business day prior to your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a Same Day Cancellation Fee of 50% or a No Call/No Show Fee of 100% of the scheduled session.
